SITE 1

The site is located along Urbano Velasco Ave. road at Pasig city. It has a total area of
3,312.66 square meter (35,667.13 square feet). The surrounding establishments in the northern
and eastern part is a village, Garden Royalle Villas, while in the eastern part is a gasoline station,
Shell. Across the road, there are random small stores like laundry shop, water station, sari-sari
store, etc.
