✔ In automated system the front desk agent refers
the name of the guest in the expected arrival list
✔ By clicking at the name of the guest the
reservation details will be displayed
✔ The reservation details act as a registration form
itself
✔ A print out is offered to the guest to verify the
details and affix the signatures at the time of
registration
✔ A er taking the signatures the room allotment
