Recommendations

1. Avoid using bike calipers as weight of vehicle is quite higher than the two wheelers
2. The vehicle should be designed in a way that the driver should actuate brake pedal using his
right foot
3. The purpose of the front brakes is to Maintain heat developed
4. The purpose of rear foot is to Postpone the braking by few milli seconds
5. The Bundy tubes should not fixed at high tension mainly near front wheels
6. Dynamic weight transfer = static weight+ weight transfer
7. Deceleration= 0.4g
8. Don’t give excess power than required for locking wheels
9. Usage of a pressure reduction valve is advisable
10. Two types of pedal: floor and pedant
11. Dot-3 is preferable
12. Limit the length of Bundy tubes to small to reduce pressure loss
13. Use pedal spring for driver comfort

16. For positive scrub radius F-R split and for negative scrub radius X split is preferable

20. Use zinc coated steel tube or double walled copper tube
21. The bleeding should be started form the farther most caliper from TMC
22. Press brake pedal 100 times a week during testing
23. Do not open TMC once perfectly bleeded
24. Use glass vessel to store brake fluid
25. Donot reuse brake fluid
