INTRODUCTION
1. ALLEN career institute is a coaching institute giving high quality coaching for
entrance exam preparation of courses like JEE (Main), JEE (Main+Advanced), Pre-
medical, pre-nurture and career foundation and produces best results year after year.
2. In session 2015-16, the students who took admission are 110007 in class room
courses.
3. ALLEN Kota focuses on building a strong foundation of knowledge and concepts for
success and creating excellent platforms for learning.
4. ALLEN provides academic support and personal care which helps students in
achieving career goals and objectives.
5. Dedicated towards achieving complete success and creating an assistive environment
which contributes to social,economic,academic and all round development.
6. Value based HR systems that have evolved over the last 28 years.

TALENT CULTURE AT ALLEN


1. The attrition rate at Allen is almost zero because of the job security and the benefits
given to the employees. 
2. Mutual respect between all the employees of the organisation (faculty, admin, staff). 
3. They provide benefits not only for the employees but also to their family members. 
4. Employee turnover is a serious problem which may be costly for the institute and not
only lowers the morale of the employees but also creates talent gaps. Thus, the culture
is helping to retain the employees which plays crucial role in the organization's
success
5. In a values-driven culture, employees find alignment between their personal values
and the organization’s values creating a unified and motivated workforce.  In ALLEN
they follow this value based HR policies which is helping them in the retention of
employees
6. Employee friendly HR policies help the institute to attract the talent as well as
decrease the attrition rate
7. The employee and the organisation relationship is strong because Allen values its
employees. From the factors that influence the culture given in the case we can see the
importance given to the employees so that they have high job satisfaction which in
turn affects the performance. The HR policies made in the favour of employees results
in high job satisfaction which is linked to their performance. Thus , they are able to
provide quality education for the students
