BUSINESS NAME: CATCH UP! 

The first in SWOT is Strengths. The customers are the top priority to be considered in the
business. The shop is located near schools and offices as to why the location of the business is
convenient. The business also offers high-quality products that match up the tastes of the
customer, as well as the interior and exterior design of the establishment. These characteristics
are the strengths of the business. The second in SWOT is Weakness, since the business is just
starting its operation, as of the moment it operates, it only offers local distribution. Many
competitors within the area and the identity of the brand are also the business’s weaknesses.
Regional or global health pandemic could also affect the milk tea business in terms of gaining
income. The third SWOT is opportunity. One of the opportunities that can help the milk tea
business is to continue the innovation in the products and as the new generation has increased
demand for milk teas and healthy fruit drinks. New products to introduce an innovative
technology are also the factors that can help the business to grow. And the last SWOT is the
Threats. Many competitors, a similar concept of products or services, and the price war affects
this kind of business. The weaknesses of this milk tea business are also the threats that can affect
our income. 
Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats help decide what strategies should be achieved
or plan. This enables me to grow and expand my milk tea business. It is also to consider that I
should ensure the high quality of my products on top of good customer services or a relationship
towards the consumers to achieve sustainability. Offer different promotional discounts or promos
as part of the marketing strategy to increase the demand for the product and provide more
varieties of milk tea to the customers for them to have a wider selection of choices.
