PROF. ARACELI M. ORTEGA

Principal, SHS Department
San Pablo Colleges

Dear Madame,

Greetings of Peace!

Oral Communication is one of the core subjects in Senior High School. It aims to develop the learners’ listening
and speaking skills and strategies for effective communication in different condition (K to 12 Senior High
School Core Curriculum – Oral Communication in Context December 2013). In the short span of time observing
the learners’ academic progress, they express themselves competently, they have creative minds that can be
seen through their writings and mostly they are showing us the eagerness to learn more.
To put this all to practice, we, the teachers of Oral Communication in Context, would like to propose a
culminating activity that will allow the learners to be prepared for the future, challenge their listening and
speaking skills and to nurture the communicative skills they have within. This will also serve as their final
project in the said subject.
Please see attached project proposal.

We are forever grateful to your endless support.

Respectfully,

Ms. Harlene M. Asendido
