HELPING YOU TO CHOOSE YOUR REMEDY | WORKSHEET

Carefully answer this questions. You will need a minimum of 3 symptoms to choose a remedy.

Think about your answers since they are the key to choosing the best matched remedy for your
problem. When you are finished, read the remedies described on the blog for your health
problem and see which one fits most of the information [keynotes] in the worksheet.

You do not need to find all of your symptoms in a remedy, just the most important or strongest
ones.

1. What caused you to get ill in the first place? Think about what was happening at the time it
started. The possibilites are endless: an argument that hurt your feelings, a fall, a cold that never
completely recovered, having surgery, an infected wound, you got cold after leaving the gym, you
got wet, grief from the loss of a pet, etc

2. Sensation, describe what is it and how does it feel. Does it extend to any other part? For
example, it feels like a sharp pain, or a stabbing pain, like cramps, or like someone is
hammering my head, or like it feels like my chest is tight, as if there is a lump on my throat, hot
sensation, skin rash that feels burning, itching etc

3. What makes it better or worse?. Think carefully and try to come up with as many as you can
think of both. For instance movement, hot applications, the cold air, talking, touch, eating, hot
drinks, cold drinks, rest, bending forward, applying pressure, crying, being alone, thinking about
it. Again, the possibilities are endless and this question is particularly important.

4. Location of the problem. Where are your main symptoms located? Any particular side of
the body, left or right side? For instance, if it is bloating of the tummy, is it on the top part
below the belly, the bottom part below, on the left side or the right side or is it generally in all
of the abdomen?

5. Is there any other symptom that accompanies your problem? This may not always be the
case but for example, a stomach pain with vomiting or a headache with a blocked nose.
