The purpose of this lesson is to explore the 3 areas of the
health triangle and analyze your own personal health
triangle.

you drew and how it relates to your health.
5. Write a summary paragraph about your triangle. Is your triangle
balanced? Why or why not? What areas are weak? What areas
are strong? Why? What is good about your triangle, what needs
work? How can you make it more balanced.
6. Color and make it neat.
