Background :
1. After do inspection at batching plant in Gianyar, we can’t find the rest of the Delvo Stabilizer. We
assumed that Delvo Stabilizer was disappear.
2. We have checked the latest report that the rest of Deracem is 6.550 liters, but the actual stock that we
found is only 1000 liters. We assumed that another 5.550 was disappear. When we do feasibility test
for the rest of Deracem the result is material not good to used. So, it’s need to be disposed.
3. We have found the rest of 4.100 liters of Visco admixture. But when we do feasibility test the result is
material not good to used. So, it’s need to be disposed.
4. We have found 2.680 liters of Retarder Pozzolith, it still in good condition and also proper to use.

Related with the background above, we would like to propose for your Approval for disposal off stock
Admixture as amount IDR 133.186.907,- at Plant Gianyar
