AlfaPhos

AlfaPhos is an acidic cleaning liquid with a phosphoric acid
base. It is specifically designed for the removal of metallic
oxides, rust, calcium carbonate and other inorganic scale.
A common problem for acidic cleaning agents is the
initiation of corrosion on eg carbon steel. To solve this
AlfaPhos contains an inhibitor, which inhibit the corrosion
(passivation) of metal surfaces in heat exchangers and
related equipment.
