Performance Objectives: Given the following instructions, you should be able to prepare bar
for service.

Assessment Method: Demonstration. Make a video and send in classroom/group chat and
notify the instructors once send for checking.

Equipment: Bar tools, equipment that available in your house kitchen.

1. Lemon/lime slice

2. Lemon/lime wheel

3. Lemon/lime wedges

4. Lemon/lime peel
