Finding from my interview was to absorb a grave understanding of how the organization

behaviour concept of team effective can be placed in a formal corporate atmosphere.


From this analysis we were clear on the on pressing issues that prevailed in an
organization which in turn could influence the functionality and psyche of its workforce.
Appropriate suggestions to decipher these obstacles can be provided.

Team Effectiveness is a concept that, I picked for my research. The topic basically
elaborates on how an effectual team represents itself. Foundation for essential
coworkers is an important factor for a team and its employee personnel. To have a
capable and proficient team each individual should be aligned with the vision and
mission statement placed before them by the organization

Three challenges emerged from my research that are mentioned below.

1) The magnitude of diversity within the team aroused when observations


were made related to the recommendations being restricted especially to
recently joined employees.
2) Dependence on team personnel was missing due absence of trust. Team
composition played a vital role in understanding this behavior.
3) Just like trust as a major factor for development which was missing in the
group. Scope of acquiring new skills as a team was not given any relevant
importance. The fitting concept for this as well is team composition.

I am mentioning my suggestions based on the obstacles that are evaluated as part of my


interview research. Through finding from my interview, I was able to note some key
characteristics which is necessary to mention as part of my analysis. Diversity within the
team is a one of the foremost recommendation especially with newly arrived employee
personnel. As part of my second recommendation the organization needs to narrow the
gap between its team members by appropriately resolving concerns; related to trust
within team members.
Resolution to the first issue would be drilling the idea of diversity within the four walls of
the organizations to hold a heterogenous group. Group members from various ethnicity
and race will have a different approach in problem solving issues this in turn will give the
organization a scope to recognize hidden talents. Regular functions can still be carried
out by the organization as they were done in the past. However newly assigned duties
can be talked through with other team members who can weigh in their
recommendations. There should be a sense of belief in consolidating various ideas
which in turn will provide a strong outcome.

To battle with the latter part of the issues which the organization currently holds would
be advisable to onboard employees who have a deep sense of team expertise. Having
a diverse age group of professionals with varied experience would complement the
functionality of the organization in a smoother manner. Being tenure employees and
well verse with the system a flow of knowledge could be provided to the newly joined
employees supporting them for managerial positions in future and keeping them
motivated throughout their tenure within the company. A sense a cohesiveness can
thrive within the team members if the team members are competent; it would lead to a
sense of bonding which would align their goals in the same direction of the organization

Is every team member aligned with the functions of the organization in the same way?

No, cause the members are actually not aligned with the goals of the company has set. But instead are
working for their own personal gains.

Are the roles and responsibility shared equally with each and every member of the team?

No, the roles and responsibility are divided though it is a single team each member has a different task.
Are equivalent opportunities provided to each team member to represent their talents and ideas?

No, because the tenure members try to keep a hold on their positions which causes stagnancy amongst
the new hires.

Is edification and growth a priority in the team?

Growth is not a priority however learning the safe way of working is given priority but learning the
corporate functionalities are not given importance.

How confident are team members while providing assessment to each other?

Assessment amongst team members on induvial performance is rarely given due to lack of trust and
team bonding

Is productivity provided importance?

Yes, Productivity is provided importance in relevance to the job profile given that it is a physically tasking
job and each member has to be highly productive to meet the timeline.

What is the scope of support provided from team personnel?

Certain team members do provide support but overall support from the whole team is few and far
between.
