Subject: Utilization of Maintenance Tolerance on Calendar Basis for 12 Yearly

Inspections on Falcon 2000 DX aircraft, VT-VKR (MSN-604)

Dear Sir,

Reference is made to your letter no. CEPC/DGCA/2021-04 dated 15.01.2021 and this office
letter no. WR-AW0ACT(A7)/104/2020-DAW-MUM dated 09.12.2020.

The request for further utilisation of maintenance tolerance on calendar basis for 12 yearly
AMM Ch. 05-20-27 and Ch. 05-20-32 inspections on VT-VKR (MSN-604) has been
examined by this office i.a.w. AMP and AMM/ MPD provisions.

Considering the constraints due to COVID-19 pandemic, subsequent non-availability of an

early maintenance slot and operational exigency stated in the above referenced letter, this
office has no objection in utilizing the additional maintenance tolerance on calendar basis
upto 31.03.2021 for the maintenance checks mentioned in your request letter to tide over the
situation.

The utilization of maintenance tolerance is subject to the conditions as mentioned in this

office above referred letter dated 09.12.2020. Additionally a weekly maintenance &
operational performance report may be submitted to this office during the above said
duration. Further, it is advised to arrange for the required maintenance at the earliest
opportunity at any DGCA approved/ accepted AMO.

This letter number may be quoted as an authority for the utilization of the maintenance
margin.
