Features/ Benefits 30% more active than IRGACOR L 190
Easy to handle free flowing form
Improved packaging for mechanical and/ or manual lifting
Improved product consistency
Does not form nitrosamines, complies with German TGRS 611 and has been approved
for use in metal working fluids
Good biodegradability, belongs to the lowest grade Water Hazard Class (WGK 1) in
Germany
Compatible with hard water
Does not form resinous films or gums on metals
Offers an extremely low foaming tendency and excellent air release
IRGACOR L 190 Plus may be used for corrosion inhibition of multimetal systems.
Multimetal corrosion protection can be improved when in a combination with
IRGAMET 42

Guidelines for use IRGACOR L 190 Plus contains water; it must not be stored below freezing point or in a
warm environment; it also must not be heated.

IRGACOR L 190 Plus is a free acid having a limited solubility in water. To dissolve
IRGACOR L 190 Plus in water take the solid product and then slowly add,
triethanolamine, or another neutralisation agent, drop-wise with constant stirring until the
pH reaches 8.5 (measure the pH with a pH meter). The solution will be clear within a
short time.
