AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF OLD FURNITURE

I agree to sell old furniture, i.e. 01 No. Dining Table and 04 Nos Chairs, which belong to

me to Mr. MD Merajul Islam, who presently resides at L&T Knowledge City Residential

Campus, Vadodara @ INR 7000 (Rupees Seven Thousand Only). The price is inclusive of

transportation of the furniture from my house to his place.

The mentioned furniture are being handed over to Mr. Merajul after receiving full and

final payment. I have no objection to transfer the materials from my end to his residence.
