Introducción

It is impossible to talk business with a reference to past events – whether we are telling our co-worker about
a meeting held yesterday, or auditing the completed year’s balance, we are talking about actions and events
that are finished.

Understanding and producing texts in the Past Simple -be it oral or written texts- will improve your ability to
communicate at a professional level.

In the previous example, we see expressions to speak about what we did in the past (lo que hicimos en el
pasado).

In the previous example, we see expressions to speak about what we have done since a past time until
today (lo que hemos hecho desde el pasado hasta ahora) and to speak about locations (ubicaciones).
