1) You need to have five folders in your AO4 folder, see the print screen below for the names needed.
2) In the memo folder, you need the following documents:
a. Draft memo 1 b. Draft memo 2 c. Final version d. How I created the memo e. Using spell checker in the memo
3) In the letter folder, you need the following documents:
a. Draft letter 1 b. Draft letter 2 c. Final version d. How I created the letter e. Using spell checking in the letter f. Mail merge g. How I created the mail merge
4) In the flyer folder, you need the following documents:
a. Draft flyer 1 b. Draft flyer 2 c. Final version d. How I created the flyer e. Using spell checker in the flyer f. Formatting a flyer 5) In the newsletter folder, you need the following documents: a. Draft newsletter 1 b. Draft newsletter 2 c. Final version d. How I created the newletters e. Using spell checker in the newsletter f. Searching for an image (to use in the newsletter) g. Inserting a header and a footer
