There are two different types of revenue streams where income can come from.

Transaction based revenues

This type of revenue is earned from customers making a one-time payment to purchase our 3 in 1
cutting board.

Recurring revenues

This revenue come from continuos payments for the delivery of the value proposition or for the
customer sales care post-purchase.

customers. Our
customers will come to the

get the cleaning services from
us every
time that they want. Then, they
will pay for the cleaning
services after the services has
been
done by cash or QR pay.
Direct sales

We generate direct sales revenue from face-to-face direct sales with our customers. Our customers
will come to the outlet in KL to buy our 3 in 1 cutting board from us. Then, they will pay for the 3 in 1
cutting board by cash or QR pay.

Online sales

We generate online sales revenue from online sales from Website, Social media, applications and
Shopee. After getting the engagement from the online advertisement that we made, our target
markets and potential target markets will be interested to purchase or book our 3 in 1 cutting board
by using those online platforms.

Delivery service

As we market our products on the website, many customers purchase via online due to their busy
life. Nowadays, online shopping is taking advantage of to expand its business. From that, we can be
charge through delivery service depending on the customer’s address. Plus, we manage to build
customers' trust and confidence, with a good and trusted reputation, the customers are willing to
choose the business doubtlessly to deliver 3 in 1 cutting board. It may result in increasing customer
satisfaction loyalty if we delivered on time and without loss or damage. Therefore, culminating in
total approximate annual revenue of The Mask House is around RM 6500.
