1. What is peer assessment, and why is it used at the People's University?

Rating and responding to at least three of your classmates' discussion postings as a peer
assessment. Second, you will peer assess three Written Assignments when you have a
Written Assignment. (People's University, n. d.) We utilize it at the University of the
People, in my knowledge and experience, to communicate with classmates by reacting,
correcting, commending, complimenting, and criticizing their work. At UoPeople, these
strategies create an interactive learning environment.

2. What are the advantages of peer evaluation?

Peer assessment involves the peer analyzing and criticizing the student's work. I believe it
increases the peer's ability to observe their own work, ensuring that the peer's faults are
never repeated in the future. It also motivates the learner to keep up the good work. 

3.     What are the challenges of giving peer feedback in peer assessment?

The challenges, in my experience, are: - It is difficult to award a bad mark; it may cause the
student to get discouraged.

- The ranking should accurately reflect the student's work.'

- Explain why you gave a bad rating in a few sentences.

4. What are the difficulties of receiving peer comments during peer evaluation?

In a previous course, I received a 5 for an overall mark on a written paper. It makes me nervous
and discouraged since I believe it will have a significant impact on my final grade. If your peer is
that critical, you might expect a lot of punctuation and grammar modifications. That's fine,
though, because you're being corrected in order to enhance your writing abilities.
5. What methods will you employ to peer-review written assignments? What criteria will you use
to grade discussion assignments?

One strategy for assessing your peer in a written assignment is to utilize the assessment form's
instructions to assess your peer, and then provide reasons for your evaluation in the feedback part
of the assessment form.

By determining whether or not the student meets all of the requirements. The student's response
to the question should be coherent. The correct spelling and grammar should be used. It is also
important to remember to provide citations and references.
