Term & Condition For the Diving Trip

- Borneo Diving has the right to ask the diver to show proof of certification and/or log book.
- When the diver fails to show proof of certification or experience or has not been diving for more
than 6 month. Borneo diving has the right to after and/ or cancel the diving program based on
the diver’s ability after knowledge and or skill assessment
- Minimum age is 12. All children must be accompanied by a parent at all times, including when
diving or snorkelling. Borneo Diving does not supply child sized scuba equipment or wetsuits
- Borneo Diving will endeavour to adhere to the scheduled itinerary, but reserve the right to alter
the proposed itinerary or cancel the trip in the event of extreme weather conditions. In the
event that a trip is delayed, or cut short due to weather, mechanical breakdowns, or medical
emergency, fees will not be refunded. Borneo Diving will not be held financially responsible for
an alternative trip or accommodation, any inconvenience incurred, or for adverse weather
conditions or illness as a result. Trip fees will not be refunded should you be unable to board in
time for the scheduled departure or be unable to complete all available dives..
- 50% cancellation fee applies with 30-16 days notice and 75% cancellation fee for 15 days or less
notice
- The diver agree to fill in this form honestly the best of their knowledge
- The diver reads and sign the travel/Excursion Voluntary Realease, Waiver, and Assumtion of Risk
