Read the following text carefully!
Easy Pancakes
This recipe doesn't require much thought early in the morning and tastes great!
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Steps
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour
in milk, egg and oil. Mix until smooth.
2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter
onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and
serve hot.

Read the following text carefully!
Ingredients
1 liter coconut milk
4 teaspoon ground coffee
125 gram palm sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 pandan leaves, knotted
200 gram toddy palm fruit, thinly sliced
Steps
1. Place coconut milk, coffee, palm sugar, and pandan leaves in a pot. Bring to a boil on to
medium heat, stir frequently to prevent the coconut milk from curdling. Once it boils
and the palm sugar has all dissolved, turn off heat.
2. Discard the pandan leaves, and strain into 4 serving glasses. Add some slices of toddy
palm fruit to each glass. Topped with ice cubes if you prefer cold bajigur.
