Manual for fan blade adjusting from 60 to 50Hz and back of radiator ventilation fans for 
3512B Power Module 

Remove the protection grid and 
the bar in the middle. 

Remove the cover of the hub. 

Unscrew the center/hub screw 

Unscrew the screws for the 
hub‐washer and remove the 
hub washer. 

 
                                                                                         
 
Set the positioning device on the hub 
and fix it with the center/hub screw. 
Tight the screw such fast as the 
positioning device can be still turned 
on the hub.  

Please note: The positioning device are 
clearly marked with the frequency 50 
  or 60 hz ). 

Untight the clamp screw for the 
blade. 

Turn the blade as far as the blade 
top edge and the blade bottom 
edge lie against the positioning 
device. Than tight the both clamp 
screws again and make these 
settings also at both other blades. 

After all fans are adjusted, the positioning device will be removed and the hub washer will be fixed 
with both screws and the center/hub screw. Be careful, that all screws are really tightened! After 
that remount the hub cover, the bar in the middle and the protection grid. Also here all screws need 
to be tightened! 

For damages caused by improper adjustment  / mounting only the operator is responsible!
