Goals: Students can use trigonometry to enrich their mind and expand their thinking, but more practically trigonometry can be used in surveying,
engineering problems, heights of buildings or trees, stock market trends, or maybe business cycles.
SLO: Develop and apply the primary trigonometric ratios (sine, cosine, tangent) to solve problems that involve right triangles. [C, CN, PS, R, T, V]

Outcome(s):
Develop and apply the primary trigonometric ratios (sine, cosine, tangent) to solve problems that involve right triangles.
Overview: In this first lesson we will be reviewing some of the material learned in grade 9. This will help me to understand
where my students are currently at and what needs to be gone over better in order to succeed in this unit. After which we will go
into the tangent ratio.
