Activity 3. Enhancement Activity.
From the given community protocol of your municipality or barangay, make a recreation activity plan
despite of experiencing disaster or phenomenon. Example is dance activity during pandemic. Since you
insisted this kind of activity, what are preparations for this and who are the people involved in the
activity. Here are some question that can be used on creating your plan: what kind of activity?, who are
the participants? , what are the objectives of this activity?

Activity: Aerobics
Participants: Ages 18-55 years old (Male and Female)
Objectives: Healthiness of the Community

Aerobic activity has many health benefits, no matter your age. As your body adapts to regular aerobic
exercise, you'll get stronger and fitter. As many of our daily routines remain restricted during the
coronavirus pandemic, it can be difficult to find the motivation to exercise. With the challenges of
working from home and limited access to fitness facilities, you may be finding it hard to stick to a
workout routine. You may be missing the camaraderie of the gym, the relaxation of swimming laps, or
the social connection from walking or hiking with a group of friends. If you were used to attending a
aerobics class with a motivating instructor, you might be disappointed in the intensity of workouts on
your own.
