Notes:
1. For the configuration of the above dryer, since the water consumption of the customer is
5.5-6.6kg/m2, the required drying capacity is configured to meet DCI standard configuration for 26
million sqm/year board line’s evaporation capacity. Therefore, the length of close section of dryer
is increased from 10 layers of 100m to 10 layers of 120m. Moreover, the hot air stove is changed
from a natural gas direct-combustion of 11 million kcal one to a heavy oil/diesel dual-fuel indirect
heat exchange hot air stove. There will be a certain amount of heat loss during the heat exchange
process, so the design heat power of the hot air stove is increased to 15 million kcal.
2. If you can adjust at your raw material section to make the water consumption to be 4.7~5kg/m2,
then the price can be usd206,000 less.

Annex 2
Introduction of Machines
1. Tipple Table/Distributor
The machine mainly completes wet board feeding into entry end of dryer. It is full
automatically controlled without manual operation. Two pieces of gypsum boards in a
group are distributed into dryer, to make full use of space and heat in the dryer more
effectively.
2.Dryer
Drying system is the most important section in gypsum board production line and also
a key link to ensure of finished products’ quality. This system consists of entering part,
closing part, exiting part, hot air recycling system,etc and its layers nos and length
depend on different capacity requirement. With their own separate hot air cycling, this
system is divided into two areas: after entering the mixing room, the high temperature
gas generated by heating supplying system mixes with the circulating air in the duct,
enters into the closing part by circulating fan and finally dry the wet gypsum boards.
Meanwhile, the gypsum boards runs slowly in the drying system and are evenly
evaporated so that the water content of final gypsum board product can be kept at
5%-10%. In addition, to increase the efficiency and decrease the noise and electricity
consumption,we change the circulating fan type and use Japan technology. With the
perfect automatic operation and manual board-exit process, it can be easily operated.
Closed part
Closed part of dryer includes top and bottom covers, bilateral doors, columns, bottom
wheel system,rollers and main drive etc.

Rollers
We use special design to whole
dryer system to ensure of loner service life of it,
For example, we select black alloy steel
automobile drive shaft pipe as material for
conveying rollers of drying room, with
features:High precision both inside and outside,
uniform wall thickness, wear-resistant, small
beating and high balance; Those rollers are
processed by 14 steps ,in the process of welding
shaft head we do static balance tests repeatedly,
and inspect radial runout testing after welding to
make it to be qualified. High quality raw material
and fine processing to ensure the quality of roller with a much longer service life.
Drying system consists of 6 temperature measuring points a. As the important

indicator for adjusting the operation parameter in whole drying system, all the
measuring data will directly enter into PLC system and can be automatically adjusted.
Drive sprocket : chain wheel is made of

gray iron and machine work after casting to
ensure the same size and it does not deform
when being used in the hot environment.
Roller bearings: we use of graphite

bearings inside drying chamber. The
bearings
have self-lubricating, high temperature,
corrosion resistance, light weight etc.
features. In the dryer inside high
temperature and humidity
environment can work long-term
stably and does not need artificial
lubrication.
Bearing block is made and
designed by our factory and it is
sturdy and durable.
Optimization design
Adjust the hot air by different layers: adjusting the air volume,air direction in different
layers basing on requirement so that radically avoid the uneven humidity in layers.
1. Heat Supply System
Hot air circulation system includes exchanger type hot air stove, circulating fan, air
duct, moisture exhaust system, lateral air channel of dryer, and air volume, wind
direction adjusting device. The heat source is HFO&diesel;
Flow direction of hot air current parallels to boards’ running direction. In Zone 1, it is
reverse- flow type; in Zone 2, it is forward-flow type. The circulating air makes the free
water evaporated out of boards, one part of hot humid air is discharged from chimney;
the other part enters into air duct to mix with fresh air, which is heated in hot air stove
to form high temperature airflow and enters into dryer again. The hot airflow formed in
this way do continuous flow in the dryer, to bring out humidity and at the same time,
bring in heat into dryer to evaporate the free water from boards to complete the drying
of boards.
2. Board Exit Machine
The board-exit machine to mainly complete the board’s exit from dryer exit section to
2# cross system. The machine is controlled automatically by PLC with high
automation.
