Organizational policy
An Organizational Policy is an orientation or guideline that must be disclosed,
understood and followed by all members of the organization, it contemplates the rules
and responsibilities of each area of the organization. Business policies are guides to
guide action; They are general guidelines to observe in decision-making, about a
problem that is repeated over and over again within an organization. In this sense,
policies are general performance criteria that complement the achievement of objectives
and facilitate the implementation of strategies. Policies must be dictated from the
highest hierarchical level of the company.

Power is the ability of an individual (who is in political power) to influence the behavior
of other people or social organizations.
Organizational conflict
Organizational conflict is a state of discord between the members of an organization as
a result of disagreements, real or perceived, related to their needs, values, resources or
interests. In past times these situations were considered negative in all their aspects.
Leadership
Leadership is the ability of a person to influence, motivate, organize and carry out
actions to achieve their goals and objectives that involve people and groups in a
framework of values.
Leadership is a potential and can be developed in different ways and in situations that
are very different from each other. It is closely related to change and personal and
collective transformation.
Team building
Team building or team building is a tool that allows you to consolidate interpersonal
relationships based on certain activities. When the members of any team are divided
and their relationship runs into conflict, it affects business productivity.
Each student must respect the selection of the other students, it means for example, if a
student selects Leadership, none of the other four students can develop the Leadership

order to obtain favorable results for a company.
It is composed of statements and intentions to implement procedures and protocols for
all areas of the organization.
They must be adopted by the executives and managerial part of the organization, they
must be composed of an objective, missions, goals and projects.
It has an application process taking into account some specific points:
