What makes a good team? How can a good team achieve goals and deliver results?
Student’s Answer:

Teams are formed and organized to make a work or task easier and to do it in a shorter amount of
time than if it were done by a single individual. If a corporation undertakes a large project that must be
completed within a certain time frame, one large project will be given to a lot of workers. These individuals
will subsequently be assigned to a project committee. As a result, teams are formed to maximize the
efficiency of each individual. Each member of the team should be properly thought out, duties should be
assigned, and deadlines should be specified in order to form a solid team that will achieve stated goals and
expected results. Additionally, team building exercises might be held to promote the togetherness of those
who would be working together.

Initiative, enthusiasm, and instinct are required qualities for a successful team. The fact that there
are no requirements for greatness, such as intelligence or talent. The idea for this is that initiative would be
able to produce a result sooner, allowing them to examine it and remedy any errors. Also, that person's
passion is not restricted since, in order to get the desired outcomes, you must be able to have a love for your
profession rather than merely completing the task because you are told to. Last but not least, the fact that
you may fail as a team is a part of the process, but having the guts to not give up and get back on your feet
is crucial. Because having the gut allows you to accomplish things that others cannot do but that you can,
as the term goes, "keep trying" until you achieve it, since this is true, a successful team or individual will
not allow any setback get them down. So, these are the kinds of things that you and your team would never
anticipate to be able to accomplish, but you did. It may be annoying for some, but I've seen a lot of these
teams get fantastic results without having those brilliant or talented persons.

These things may appear easy at first look, but they are difficult to come by in a group, but I can
guarantee their effectiveness in a group. As a result, you may believe it is impossible to obtain, but I have
done it five times in my life thus one might also have this experience, so don't give up on it. Despite your
team may not be ideal at the present, by starting with yourself, you may be able to start something inside
your teammates, therefore take the opportunity to first improve yourself before looking for a team. That
mentality is there because, in the end, no team is flawless, and there will be moments when you will feel
yourself unfortunate for such team, but in order to acquire that desired team, it all must begin within
yourself and not anyone else, you may be the pest in the team and you may not be aware of this.
