What makes a good team? How can a good team achieve goals and deliver results?
Student’s Answer:

A good team makes the task easier to complete and ensures a smooth flow. In order to complete a task
successfully, each member of a good team must have their own specific task. Each member's task is
important in completing the task because it should be distributed equitably, with each member having
their own role that they are good at in order to finish it well. Having a good team allows you to accomplish
more and deliver better results.

Cooperation and teamwork are essential for forming a good team. Whereas we must first understand
each other in order to equitably distribute tasks to one another. Knowing each other would result in a
stronger bond and would have a significant impact on the team. Sharing ideas and listening to each other
well, comparing opinions, understanding each other's perspectives, and understanding our specialties
would make a great team. Because we all agree on the things that are supposed to be in our team, we
have a better chance of getting the work done quickly and smoothly without disruptions when we know
and understand each other. To avoid interference and have a better team, we should always be open to
one another and say everything to one another. Planning goals for a team should always be detailed and
without interruptions; there should also be some alternative plan to help them achieve better goals and
deliver results that are beneficial to them.

As the saying goes, "teamwork makes the dream work," which means that having great teamwork in a
team will help the team achieve their goals and deliver better results for them. We would have a better
chance of achieving all of our planned goals if we formed a great team.
