ACTIVITY TITLE: Essay #5
REALIZATION, INSIGHT AND LEARNINGS
What makes a good team? How can a good team achieve goals and deliver results?
Student’s Answer:

Teamwork is a group of people working together to achieve a common goal. It requires the cooperation,
support, and commitment of all members of the group. A team is also one that works together to
accomplish a common goal with the assistance of one another. It is made up of people who have
complementary skills.

A good team is one that is cohesive and well-functioning, with members who are supportive of each
other. A good team also has a clear vision, goals, and objectives, and a shared understanding of what
success looks like. A good team will have clear roles and responsibilities that are clear to all members of
the team. This allows for smooth communication between members and reduces confusion over who
does what. It also helps to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal—which is ultimately
what makes a good team function well. Good teammates will look out for each other, instead of dragging
down the other to make themselves better.

In conclusion, a good team is made up of people who are motivated and committed to the goal. They
work together to achieve the goals they set, and they deliver results because they want to do so. They can
also be flexible and adaptable when things don't go as planned. A good team is one that is willing to take
risks and help each other grow. They will also understand that there will be times when things get difficult,
but they can always count on each other.
