How can you describe a good leader? How does a good leader contribute to the overall
performance of the group in achieving their objectives?
Student’s Answer:

For me a great leader must possess great qualities and good attitude when managing a group or his
people. A person is a good leader if that person has a good vision of the team’s goal. Moreover, A leader
must be able to take accountable of his/her actions when the time for decision making and planning for a
group activity comes. A great must be kind and patience to his/her groupmates at the same time vigilant
and does not tolerate such attitude from any of his/her people. To become a great leader, you should
have a good self-awareness about your surroundings to be able to assess the problems that they are
facing.

So how does a good leader have an impact to overall performance of a group? To answer that a leader is
the one that set orders and directions on a group as well as the one who inspires or encourages the group
members to improve both their strength and weaknesses which will be a vital part for achieving their goal.
A good leader can make a huge difference since ones a leader of a group takes initiatives on planning and
working for their steps to achieve their goal the rest of members will follow. Moreover, A leader must
possess great quality like patience, discipline, and being openminded to his/her group which is essential
for any group to maintain the harmony and teamwork. A leader that is always open minded and ready to
listen his/her members will make great contribution on not just achieving their objectives but on giving
confidence to his/her members as well.

To summarize everything, A great leader will always be vital not just in a group but also in society because
of their initiatives and great wisdom to influence his/her people around our society it will inspire more
people to become a better person and improve themselves which will create more good leaders for the
next generations.
