How can you describe a good leader? How does a good leader contribute to the overall
performance of the group in achieving their objectives?
Student’s Answer:
A good leader keeps a clear vision and thinks ahead of his time. A leader is best able to communicate,
listen and convey skills: leader influences and implements decisions for Its team and beneficiaries. Leader
entails a definite set of goals to attain and maintain togetherness among Its team. Creative in approach,
ever motivating to have consistency.

The leader stays responsible for group performance and outputs. It keeps everyone connected for a
common purpose and causes to augur well. Never gives up on motivating Its teammates in taking up their
growth. A positive attitude on the progress of the individuals in the team ensures challenges are
easygoing.

A good leader helps the individuals in the team to set their individual and group targets and inspires them
with the best coordination. Maintains precise mechanism of Feedback to ensure progress. The leader
must help their individuals accent innovative ideas from Its members and encourage new ideas and
suggestions.
