ACTIVITY TITLE: Essay #3
REALIZATION, INSIGHT AND LEARNINGS
How does your values affect your actions and behavior towards others?
Student’s Answer:

Values are our moral convictions and opinions that direct a particular course of action. Values are

subjective, and we develop them by observing others and experiencing various circumstances. Personal

self-assurance, limiting beliefs, work ethics, character traits, and strength-based values are examples of

values.

We place a high significance on our health and are more likely than those who need to establish

daily rituals and lifelong habits that improve our health and general well-being. We place a high value on

our families and are more likely to spend extra time with them and promote good connections within the

family.

Negative values, on the other hand, include dishonesty, corrupt or ill-informed thinking, jealousy,

etc., which could negatively affect our minds, causing us to misbehave and act ill around other people.

Character strength and values are necessary for our mind, body, and soul to function correctly in a healthy

state of mind and with good well-being. One should concentrate on imparting good values to others.
