How can you describe a good leader? How does a good leader contribute to the overall
performance of the group in achieving their objectives?
Student’s Answer:

This may be possible to foretell the kind of leader a person will become based on their personality traits. I
believe that dependability, honesty, and tenacity are essential qualities in a leader. I don't see how a
person can lead and direct a group if they lack these skills. Furthermore, as a leader, it is your duty to
facilitate the success of your team members. When working toward a common or individual objective, the
team leader can help members identify key turning points along the way. In my opinion, a powerful team
is one in which each member works diligently to achieve the team's goal.

First and foremost, the success or failure of a group depends on the leader's ability to see that the group
as a whole achieves its objectives. If the team's leader is competent, everyone will work hard toward the
team's goals. But if the leader is weak, no one will be invested in the team's success. A good leader is one
who can exploit the potential in you and who can improve something that is essential to every
representative and is the motivating factor behind each accomplishment that is attained.
