Act Two Script:

INTERIOR:

BEN goes inside one of the rooms to see the light on and the bedsheets messed up
BEN has a look of confusion on his face as he turned it off and wasn’t like this before.

After he looks, he goes to bed but looks at his phone and it won’t work or turn off, then goes to
bed.

Scene cuts to the middle of the night and BEN is woken up by tapping and a rustling noise under
his bed.
BEN being unedged and nervous stays in bed for a few seconds but hears a loud banging sound
and then immediately gets his torch and gets to what it was.
BEN opens his door to see but nothings there and he is too tired to look more now.

BEN is looking out his door but hears quiet whispers from behind him
(Camera is behind him slowly zooming in)

BEN turns around and looks under his bed and sees a bag which he doesn’t recognise, he picks it
up and feels something moving.
BEN freaks out and drops it on the floor, he waits a few seconds and picks it up again to looks
what is it.

(Camera doesn’t show what it is)

BEN’S phone makes a very high-pitched noise and covers his ear.

BEN: ugh…

BEN looks at why its making that sound and his screen says ‘YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO
COMPLETE THIS CRITICAL TASK; RETURN THE ITEM TO THE SPECIFIED LOCATION AT THE GIVEN
TIME’

BEN: What the hell is this

BEN is in shock.
The lively creature makes a very unearthly noise.
MORNING:

BEN wakes up, it was a dream what he had seen, he scratches his head in confusion and has a
slight grin on his face.

BEN gets up and sees if it really was a dream but sees the bag under his bed and grabs it and
sees what he dreamed.
BEN begins to think it is serious so looks at his phone and sees a new notification saying some
coordinates and a specified time.
He stumbles for a bit; the phone says he’s got around half an hour.

EXTERIOR:

In-camera transition to cut to him leaving with the bag.

BEN searches up the coordinates to see it is not far and only a 10-minute walk.

Shot transitions to him getting to a field, and BEN looks around if he can see anything or
anyone.

BEN looks at his phone to see he’s been waiting for a few minutes but when he decides to walk
away, BEN gets pushed back by something, he realises he is stuck in a forcefield of some kind.

BEN places his hands where he couldn’t move and his hand won’t go past that point.

BEN tries to call someone but the phone call won’t go through because he isn’t getting a signal,
he tries a few times.

SCENE GETS DARKER QUICKLY.

BEN walks around to see if anyone is around for help.

The moon starts to look like its turning red.

BEN sees what looks like an asteroid or shooting star, looking like its coming closer.

It is very bright so BEN covers his eyes slightly but the object dimmers and turns which means it
isn’t natural.
