All project partners. Equally, in general aspects, and defined in the preparation period.

Aim: to increase the influence of the project over the target groups, to improve the sustainability of the
results, to assist teachers and students in their work on media education.

Information and publicity activities of the project will be according to the European Commission
Regulations and observing the Visual Identity Manual and will be implemented by all project partners.
A communication and visibility plan will be created at the beginning of the project.

All information and publicity materials will be written in English language. All these materials will contain
information about the funding program and EU Visual Identity Elements.

A project logo will be designed and used in all project materials in order to ensure the visual identity of the
project.

Each partner will take care of identifying among the institute staff, a professional person and a team
capable of guaranteeing the success of the dissemination activities. In case the partner organization
doesn’t have a suitable professional figure it will have to seek external collaborations.

In order to achieve the impact and dissemination present objectives the partner will be able to guarantee
an administrative office and a professional press office. These will manage the contacts with the press
and the local and national media, organize a constantly updated press review available on the project
website, and to unsure the correct management of relations with the local stakeholders and the institution
invites for the activity participation.
The coordinator from AECCB will supervise the correct accomplishment the activities according to the
timetable.

Each institute partner coordinator will have to interact with the general coordinator of the project
regarding the efficient and punctual realization of the dissemination activity. Moreover each coordinator
of each country partner will have specialized personnel for the press-administrative office activities who
will implement the communication plan.

In the AECCB, in the project's dissemination team, we place informal partners, such as the Municipality and
families. The Municipality, with the registration of activities related to the municipal education network
and the working group of municipal internationalization, will refer to this project in its reports and
platforms. Families and students will be the best informal ambassadors for sharing the experiences that
their students will record.
Before the 1st TPM, we will ask partners for a survey of existing human and material
resources, privileging experience in European dissemination, we will map needs and
allocate the necessary resources and strategies for a dissemination of excellence,
for example by creating implementation plans, guidelines and tutorials.

Each local and international activity, will give rise to several infoproducts, open
digital products: videos, ppt, web pages, pdfs, blogs, prezis, apps, logbooks,
podcasts, photo collections, padlets, reports, video classes, films, testimonies,
speeches, tutorials, travel guides, games for smartphones or PCs, music, short films
...

These open digital products will be linked and/allocated to the digital channels of
the partner institutions of this project, the project, the local and regional networks
of partners and institutions or associations of various types, on their platforms, web
pages, social networks, blogs. Through mailinglists and newsletters we will also
ensure free and public access to these materials.

The products will be available on the AECCB's youtube channel and on the television
channel. The "MARKA METHODOLOGICAL GUIDE" will be available on the OBVIE
website, from FPCEUP. At congresses and meetings and other face-to-face
dissemination events, we will provide information on how those interested can
freely access the products. In each Multiplier Event, we will offer participants a
pendrive with materials and at each school and institution/association a Learning
Box with IO and other digital products. We will hold a MOOC for teachers, trainers
and educational technicians, giving participants the opportunity to learn about and
take ownership of the results of the project and its products, making it available
online, free of charge. In the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform, we will post
information about the project, ways of accessing and using intellectual products
and other information regarding the courses to take and the results of the activities
and the different phases of the project. In this one, the open license for the use of
the intellectual products produced will be allocated, with reference to the request
for authorization for their use (identified contact person). In the eTwinning
Platform, we will make a detailed record, throughout the project, of activities,
training meetings, TPM and the results and final products, with tutorials for use. We
will organize digital publicity events on this platform. The speed with which
communication and dissemination takes place through this platform is a decisive
factor for its use.

The dissemination plan focuses on sustainability, therefore, the transfer of the

methodology to other territories and contexts is highly expected.
