 Worked as a Quality Supervisor( Assurance & Control) in Agarvanshi Aluminum limited,
Narapally (V) Plant from November 2012 to December 2013.

 Check the dimensions of finished product after extrusion, by use of engineering

diagrams. and also check the work order whether the sample is within the order or not.
 Maintain the defect free production throughout, by eliminating twist, over pulling etc.

Title : Optimizing the parameters in Micro EDM using Tauguchi Method

Description : Micro EDM is a non conventional machining which effected by various input
parameters. By using tauguchi method changing the parameters Voltage , Current and
Pulse on time.
B.TECH

Title : Honge Oil Powered Vehicle.

Role : Team Leader
Description : Honge Oil Powered vehicle is a Bio fuel Vehicle. Honge Oil is a Bio fuel, extracted from
kanuga seeds. It possess equivalent fuel properties as of diesel, after Transesterification.
We have designed a three wheeler vehicle, which has a four stroke, naturally aspirated
diesel engine along with an Aero-dynamical Design to Increase The Engine Performance.
 This project was also published in khammam district paper in may 2012.
