Objectives: At the end of the lesson students will be able to:

To answer the questions of the text one by one.
overall objective: To remember in which country are the places situated.

specific objectives: To explain the words in bold.

Write a short article for a place that they have stayed
for holidays.
Stages of lesson: Link the subject to previous student’s knowledge.
-Asking them if they have heard before about these
places.(5 minutes)
Construction of new knowledge (20 minutes)
Have a look in the pictures of the text book .Read the
paragraphs of each text and think in which country are
these places situated.And ask them what information do
they expect to read.
Then I will ask students using the keywords that are
shown.Then I will say them to read the article while the
classmates listen .For questions 1-15 choose from places
A-D .They can be chosen more than once.Then I will read
the article again and explain the words in bold and then
ask students if they know any synonym about them. And
then asking them questions like about which place they will
choose to live.
After all these activities I would ask students to choose
one hotel and make notes under the headings below in
order to use them to talk about it.
REFLECT ONCE MORE ON THE TEXT (15 minutes)
Repeat the new words and write down one sentence for
each of them.
Assessment of the I will evaluate four students for this class. (5min)

have stayed on holiday. Then use notes to write a short
article about it.
