• Implemented plant systems in the control and monitoring of Inward


material effecting more realistic melting recovery data.

• Implemented improved melting practices effecting metal cleanliness.

• Recommended, melting aluminium scrap using Side Well reverberatory


furnace using the vortex well and metal circulating pump in order to
improve the metal recoveries in melting light aluminium scrap.

• Designed and established aluminium scrap recycling plant achieving high


recoveries for light gauge aluminium.

• Actively involved in representing the company in the ALUMEX exhibition,


Dubai.

• Successfully initiated and established pressure die cast casting plant, with
550t press equipped with auto ladle, auto extractor, Regloplas die heating
and cooling unit and Fondarex vacuum system.
