1. 1650 TCD Complete Sugar plant Expendable up to 3500TCD with 50TPH boiler &
6MW power generation (Cogeneration Plant ) -HORYAL INVESTMENT HOLDING
COMPANY – UGANDA,
The project includes 04 set of Sugar milling tendom, Evaporation & Cane Juice
Extraction Tanks,EOT crane, Sugar Bin Storage tanks and molasses tank, rotary vacuum filter ,
50 TPH capacity Travelling grade type Boilers, Burners and a self supporting Chimney with
Cogeneration. The plant was designed to work and monitored by the DCS system and had its
own MCC panels for controls. Material used were MS, SS & Brass. The Equipments were
connected by all types of Piping with various types of sizes.
2. Expansion and modernization of PG DJATIROTO from 7500TCD TO 10000 TCD with
cogeneration-INDONESIA
The project includes 05 set of Sugar milling tendom, Evaporation & Cane Juice Extraction
Tanks, Sugar Bin Storage tanks and yard, 02 travelling grade type Boilers, Burners and a self
supporting Chimney With Cogeneration.

3.3000 TCD expendable to 6000 TCD cane milling plant-KAKAMEGA & NAITRI– WEST
KENYA SUGAR COMPANY.
The project includes 04 set of Sugar milling tendom including GRPF & TURF Sugar Milling
Tendom & Cane prepration Equipments along With 50Tonn EOT crane.
4.RSSC-MAHULME 440 TCH expension project - ROYAL SWAZILAND
SUGAR COMPNY.
The project includes 04 set of Kestners including instrumentation , condensate type pots , syrup
receivers, condensate type receivers & inclding boughtout items .All equipments having code of
construction by PD5500.
