Currently working as a Panel Operator in ‘VTAA Infra Projects Limited’ which is having O&M contract
in ‘Sun Petrochemical Pvt Ltd.’. Sun Petrochemical has constructed new plant named as “CPF Bhaskar Field”
& in phase of shifting it’s semi auto operation to fully auto operation from it’s existing “A-1 EPS” field.
Bhaskar field is onshore processing facility of ~ 1080 SCMD well fluid & handling capacity of ~16,488 SCM
crude oil in Khambhat, Gujarat, (India). Sun Petro is Operating four Oil & Gas producing fields in Cambay
basin Gujarat. Currently the company can produce more than 6000 BOEPD.

CPF Bhaskar field is designed to process well fluid from Natural flow wells, fully automated with minimum
manning. CPF Bhaskar field includes HP Separator, LP Separator, Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger, Vapor
Recovery Vessel, Vertical Storage Tank, Hot Oil Unit, Feed Booster Pump & Export Oil Pump (multistage
C/F. Pump), Tank Recirculation Pump, Hydro Cyclone, Servo Gas System & Coalescer Filter. Pipelines with
pigging facility. PW treatment & P.W. reinjection well. Auto fire fighting with DV sprinkle system & foaming.
Worked as a Control Room Operator / Production Operator in ‘Aarvi Encon Limited’ & ‘Monomark
Engg. Pvt. Ltd.’, which were having O&M contract in “Cairn Oil & Gas Vedanta Limited”. Current Production
facility is a QPF Onshore Field facility of “Cairn Oil & Gas Vedanta Limited” in Barmer, Rajasthan (India).

The QPF Onshore facility is producing 25,000 - 30,000 BLPD along with ~ 80 MW per Day GEG Electricity
Power Generation using produced Gas from reservoir.

These QPF field facility is designed to operate in four onshore field, fully automated / semi-automated with
minimum manning, which includes PCP & ESP production wells, Produced Water injection system, Multi
Selector Manifold, Export PCP pump & PWRI C – 9 pump, Export pipeline with pigging facilities, Tanker
loading operation, Gas Engine Generator (GEG), utility system and associated infrastructure.

Worked as Lube & Bleed Supervisor in ‘Barmer Hills Services’ which was awarded contract for 60 wells
by Halliburton in Mangla EOR project of Cairn Oil & Gas Ltd in Barmer, Rajasthan (India).

CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR / DCS PANEL EXPERIENCE: 6 Years

• Rich Experience of control room operation with Emerson Delta ‘V’ DCS & ABB DCS system.
• Operating and monitoring processes parameters throughout the DCS to ensure smooth operation.
• Safe execution & monitoring of efficient operation, start-up / shutdown of Production / Separation

• Coordination with the Subsurface team for periodically review the well wise allocation & SWT.
• Execution of safe open & close of well head wing XSV, Header SDV, MOV of booster pump & export
pump & export line SDV, BPCV & FCV in routine operation & as well as in emergency condition.
• Optimize the production by increasing well VFD frequency & export pump frequency from DCS.
• Instruction to field operator to increase the production from natural flow wells by increasing bean size.
• Identify the faults & investigation the same. Determines developing trends in operating condition,
reporting significant changes & initiating action as required.
• Registering & logging all faults, inhibiting, and normalizing of Process & F&G tags with proper
approval, according to permit requests & record in override logbook.
• Participated as “DCS commissioning In charge” during Window Up gradation & Plant Phase – II
development commissioning time, graphics page modification, function test of newly applied Cause
& Effect system, Existing Cause & Effects review, equipment status checking with compared to field.
• Participated & coordinated for plant automation, suggested for “Flame Detector Installation for
Horizontal Flare Monitoring” in DCS to optimize plant safety & to avoid cold venting in case of
flare put off.

• Gas Engine Generator & Gas Scrubber unit process monitoring & instruct to field operator for ensuring
proper fuel gas supply to GEGs. Servo Gas system operation & coalescer filter operation.

filter replacement, strainer cleaning, Wilden pump or Gear pump connection & Valve recycling.
• Responsible for daily production report in Babelfish, DOF & MS Excel. Downtime & Production loss
calculation. Preparation of document for Hydrocarbon Audit. SAP working for Diesel consumption
reservation, Maintenance notification for breakdown as well as for PM jobs.
• Responsible for daily GEG power generation, WP power consumption & power exporting report to
management along with electrical team & central terminal point Utility team.

overall process performance by reducing critical in process deviation & “5 – S” program, a workplace

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Artificial Lifting Flow (PCP & ESP Well) & Natural Flow Well:

• Operation & control of PCP & ESP wells through different production manifolds, well test header for
optimum production, controlling the well production through various VFDs, well fluid surge
controller. Ensure well fluid is chemically treated at production header & test header. Adjusting the
bean size in natural flow well as per well production requirement.
• Well hand over & take over to & from PE team prior & after any work over activity.

Crude Stabilization Unit:

• Receiving well fluid from production header or well test header to IWBH / S.&T. Heat Exchanger,
heated well fluid is being received at 3 PH Separator / Heater Treater, processing in separation unit
and LCV & PCV auto operation through DCS, Oil & Water storage at separate storage tank through
Vapor Recovery Vessel, Gas is being processed through Scrubber & Heating unit for GEG, IWBH &
Heater operation. Remaining Gas is being flared through KOD to Horizontal & Vertical Flaring.

Hot Oil Unit:

• Ensure smooth Hot oil unit operation to achieve required well fluid temperature, monitoring thermic
fluid level in expansion tank. Monitoring of Burner auto cut off & start. Smooth operation of thermic
fluid transfer pump & changeover of pump.

Crude Oil Pumping Station:

• Hands on experience in main tank change over, tank bottom oil recycle pump, multistage C/F booster
& export oil pump operation, Export PCP pump operation, pump strainer changeover & DP monitoring
across strainer, pump bearing & gear box lube oil monitoring, Coriolis flow meter reading, DP
monitoring B/W trunk line pressure & pump discharge pressure, Tanker loading operation.
Water Injection:

• Produced Water tank settling operation, tank change over, water injection pumps (C – 09 Pump),
Reciprocating pump, Chemical Injection to maintain well injectivity, hydro cyclone & cartridge filter
operation to achieve optimized PW quality, water sample, monitor oil in water PPM.

Well head Operation:

• Reporting of well status, adjusting flow on wells, Opening, and closing wells from local and remote
• Maintain the pressure of SSSV, LMV, UMV, Wing Valve and SSV and operating the same.
• Well Head Control Panel startup and shutting down operation.
• Diverting flow from Production header to Test Header. Flow line Choke changing, STHP, FTHP.
• Operating Self Flow, ESP, PCP pump wells (Artificial Lift Well).
• Conduct routine inspection and operation of X-Mas tree and flow line check-up for leaks.
• Annulus pressure monitoring (Pressurize and de- press) according to the well shut - in pressure.
• Monitoring and inspecting of pipelines for leakage and puncture. Isolation & Handover wells to
wells services for work over or stimulation activity or RRU or perforation job.

Utility Operation:

• GEG Operation of 100 MW power generation per day, Power Exporting to Grid.
• Instrument Air Compressor & Dryer & Nitrogen Cylinder operation for XSV operation. Servo Gas.
• Chemical dozing pump & skid. Antifoam, Demulsifier, Scale Inhibitor & PPD dozing.
Lube & Bleed Job Experience: 01 Year

• Responsible for Unit movement, Rig up & Rig down of the Lube & Bleed Unit,
• Responsible for Lube & Bleed cycle to maintain casing annulus pressure below than MAOWP value,
monitoring pressure chart to check cementing integrity in Production & Injection well.
• Coordinating with client & discuss for job, daily Lube & Bleed cycle reporting to client.
• Maintaining log of quantity of pumping liquid in a cycle, shut in pressure monitoring of casing annulus.
• Responsible of Chart preparation & handover the chart to client for further perusal.
