Undersigned is currently enrolled at Naga College Foundation Inc. classified as 4th year college
student of the course AB-English Language Studies.

I am writing to you because I would like to be considered for the Customer Service
Representative position you are currently looking for. I was referred by CHARISSA FEBES
FLORESCA. Through her, I learned your seeking for a potential Qmunity Member for CSR/TSR
position.

I do know that my resume shows that I have no work experience in a call center but I am willing
to learn if given the opportunity considering my course, I have an extensive experience in talking
using the English Language and it teaches me what behavior and tone of language to use when to
talking to individuals and professionals. Additionally, I am best at working under pressure,
probably the result of being a procrastinator, I’ve learned to do my work in a fast-paced
atmosphere. I enjoy working in a team but can also work independently. Lastly, I possess
empathy to people which I think can develop a good rapport with a customer.

I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the role and tell you more about
my qualities and skills that can help to improve things around the working area and for the
