    The user feedback loop begins when a user browses a site for at least 5 minutes. If this criteria is met and the user has not already taken the survey more than 4 times that month, a popup overlay will display a call to action inviting the user to take a survey. If the user completes the survey, they will receive a thank you email including a donation confirmation. The survey is hosted on an external tool like KokoToolbox or Microsoft Forms to capture the user's email/name for the thank you communication.
