1. A VLCC has an ETA to a port in the PM hours of 9th October.


At the entrance there is a shoal patch with charted depth of 28.2m the tanker is
drawing 27.2m and needs 2.3m under keel clearance. Given the extracts from the
ATT for the days - Determine the Tidal window available to the vessel for safe
passage

clearance above the Masthead at Avonmouth. Vessel has a draft of 22m and the
height of the mast is 40m above the keel. Height of the bridge is 17m, given MHWS is
13.2m. The extracts from the ATT are as follows:
