ANALYZE:
1. Are all assessment tasks aligned to the learning outcome?
 Yes, assessment task should be aligned with the learning outcome and
objective.

2. What are possible consequences if the teacher’s assessment tasks are not aligned to
learning outcomes? Does this affect assessment results? How?
 Yes, it will affect the assessment result. How will the learners achieve the
learning outcome if the assessment tasks are not aligned. It will have a
negative outcome and the result of the students’ performance will reflect on
your performance.

Reflect:
 Reflect on past assessment you have been through. Were they all aligned with
what your teacher taught (with learning outcomes)
- There are many times that assessments are aligned to what the teachers taught
and to the learning outcomes, there are times that assessments are not aligned
depending on teacher, because of there are some lesson that are broad and
that’s why the teacher may have difficulty in aligning it with the subject.

 How did this affect your performance? As a future teacher, what lesson do you
learn from this past experience and from this observation?
- If the assessment is not aligned, it will have a negative impact on the students’
performance. As a future teacher, this will guide me on what should I do in
the future like every assessment should be aligned on what should I taught. I
should review my learning outcomes and objectives so that I can check if my
assessment is aligned.
