physical aspects of classroom management ensure proper classroom management
and discipline. Check if these aspects were observed in the classroom.

instruction?
 The voice of the teacher should be clear and loud enough to
be heard by the entire classroom. As a teacher you should know
how to control the pitch of your voice because the students will
depend on the voice pitch that you are executing, it will help
you get the attention of your pupils during discussion.

2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect

classroom discipline?

 As a teacher you should be a role model. If the teacher doesn’t
observe punctuality it will also affect the punctuality of
his/her students.

3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of

classroom management?
 Classroom should always be organized and neat. Because it
will enable the students to listen and participate if their
learning environment is clean and organized.

Reflect on the aspects of personal and classroom management.

1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher?

Explain. “No amount of good instruction will come out without
effective classroom management.”
 For me, if we disregard school instruction there is no effective
classroom. Because instruction are made to follow if it is executed
by the teacher. Teachers should know how to execute classroom
management for the enhancement of the classroom.

 As a future educator, I will ensure my personal aspect of being a
teacher because I should be a role model to my future students.
And also I will ensure the physical classroom management such as
good lighting, good ventilation, learning station and other things
that my students need.
