ANALYZE

Analyze the different elements of personal/physical classroom management and

answer the following questions?

1. How does the voice of the teacher affect classroom instruction?

The teacher has a pleasant and moderate voice that can be easily heard and understood
by everyone. The way he delivered his message is loud and cleared. With its clear sound,
student may be able to understand the discussion and gather the information clearly
making it more active and engaging inside the room.

2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?

The punctuality and actions of the instructor reflect on the teaching and learning since if
the students see that their instructor is prompt, they will try their hardest to emulate
the school's behavior. However, if teaching staff are consistently late and sluggish in the
schoolroom, it will have a bad effect on classroom restraint and management.

3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?

Classroom setup is an essential component of classroom management because it
supports both learning and instruction. The physical environment of the classroom can
help prevent behavioral issues while also promoting and improving learning. The
organization of the learning environment is critical for both students and teachers. The
physical layout of the classroom can influence both student and teacher behavior, and a
well-designed classroom management plan has the potential to improve both learning
and behavior. Use classroom management to arrange your desks matters in order to
create an inviting, safe, and supportive learning environment. A welcoming classroom
experience can make the difference between such a positive and a negative day.
REFLECT
Reflect on the aspects of personal and classroom management.

1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain.

“No amount of good instruction will come out without effective classroom management.”
If a teacher in a particular classroom does not understand how to efficiently handle a
student, he or she will also be unable to establish and deliver any produce good, which
can result in students failing to learn.

We as a future teacher must let the information sink into our beloved student in order
for them to attain and absorb the needed information to make them a suitable and
progressive leader in their own fields. But having this kind of mission vision to you
student may find difficulties on implementing them without a proper guidance and good
instructional guidance inside the classroom.

Having an over welcoming good atmosphere classroom provides a greater and

possibilities on student to lean on to their comfort of learning.

2. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?

To guarantee discipline in school, we must first acquire all of the characteristics of an
excellent teacher and have achieved all of the individual classroom discipline elements
such as grooming habits, punctuality, and so on. Additionally, ensure physical classroom
management such as proper ventilation, illumination, learning centers, and so on.

Having this wonderful classroom management may allow student to pursue their
learning and work actively in any academics performances. An environment is one of
the main factors that attract the learning capability of individual student where it
changes their mood of learning and adjust to the environment where they seek to find
their own comfort. Now as a future teacher, it is not only our duty to indoctrinate a
compulsory learning to students but also to give them a positive atmosphere classroom
where they can feel safe and sound.
Activity 7.2. Demonstrating knowledge of positive and non-violent discipline in the

ANALYZE

Analyze the checklist you have accomplished and answer the given questions:
1. How many strategies were employed by the Resource Teacher? Did these contribute to
better classroom management? Explain your answer.
The resource teacher used a variety of strategies because I believe that in order to be a
successful teacher, we must be prepared with a variety of strategies. And, yes, those
ensure correct to effectively instructional leadership because they assist both the
student and the teacher in creating a strong connection, developing the students'
thinking skills, and achieving the set objectives.

2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should have
been used instead? Explain.

To the extent that I'm concerned, I presume that the educator used the teaching methods and
that none of them are incapable of being used. As I interviewed our Resource Teacher, he stated
that these strategies for classroom management are similar to those he applied in his class, and
that they are all essential and effective, and that they have all been used.
REFLECT
1. What classroom management strategies do I need to employ to respond to diverse types of
learners?

To respond to diverse types of learners, we must first interview them in order to assess
their needs, and then allow them to work in groups in order for them to be aware of their
individual differences. Consider peer teaching and make time to recognize group
accomplishments. These are just a few of the many important classroom management
strategies that can be used effectively in the classroom, and as time goes on, we can always
think of new strategies and ways to improve our classroom.
As a future educator, the methods of classroom management that I will need to utilize
to react to diverse kinds of learners are exercising cultural awareness of students to avoid
certain situations in the future and giving students freedom and flexibility because I genuinely
think that we're all smart in our own manner and that I desire them to discover their possess
abilities and knowledge.
