ANALYZE
1. Are the learning resources/ materials arranged properly according to their
functions and characteristics?
Yes, they are properly arranged and their location were set into area
where it is easier to find and more comfortable to the eye to see without not
blocking any specific place or area for other learning resources.

2. Do the guidelines and procedures facilitate easy access to the materials by

the teachers? Why? Why not?
` Yes, because the facility can only be open by the teacher as a sign of
respect to the room due to its value to the learners and the only building that may
guides student and help them out to their career as a developing student. The
facilities were taken good care by the teacher itself and the conduct and
execution of rules on the building is well explained to the teacher. And when it
comes to the learning development of the students, the teacher would happiy
assess them to their goals and objectives on entering to the facility which is to
gain more knowledge and be well educated.
3. What are the strengths of this Learning Resource Center?
It may not provide all the needs of the students but it will help them
access some of the needed information in order for them to be knowledgeable on
specific topic or into any fields. Having this “Learning Resources Center” would
attract some of the student to spend their vacant time on learning and
strengthening their skills and promote a well discipline student that will shows
how to value and spend their wisely while they are inside the campus.
4. What are its weaknesses?
For me I see no weaknesses, because according to the teacher, they were
not able to open this Learning Resource Teacher due to pandemic and he has
difficulties on evaluating the student about its uses. But open one month of
preparation to his topic, he was able to indoctrinate his student and they slowly grab
the needed basic information to get use to it.

5. What suggestions can you make?

Since the one teacher is the only one who manages the Learning Resource
Center, I think there is no need for me to make any suggestion because I can see
how tough it is for him to handle it during this time. But for the student, all I want to
say is prioritize their time, visit the learning resources often and cooperate with the
teacher.

REFLECT
1. Which of the materials in the Learning Resource Center caught your
interest the most? Why?

2. Which gadgets/ materials are you already confidents to use/ operate?

Tablet, Laptop and phone, because we as a student were used to it since
we started using those gadgets right were the pandemic started. And it is a one
of the best advantages of using technology that reduces some hard work on us.
It makes our work easier and faster especially on collaborating to our peers,
teacher and even activities.
3. Which ones do you feel you need to learn more about?
For me I think learning the basic function of gadgets is good enough to learn
depending on how and where do we use it. But as a student I want to learn more on
how to use computer , there are some features and things that I want to learn on
how to lighten and speed up it function especially the basic things on how to free up
some spaces on it to avoid logging and maintain its long life.

Activity 11.2Observing Technology Integration in the Classroom

As you observe the class, use the observation sheets provided for you to
document your observations.

Class Observation Guide

Read the following questions and instructions carefully before you observe.
1. What is the lesson about?
2. What visual aids/ materials/ learning resources is the teacher using?
3. Observe and take notes on how the teacher presents/use of learning resources.
4. Closely observe the learners’ response to the teachers’ use of learning
resources. Listen to their verbal responses. What do their responses indicates?
Do their responses show attentiveness, eagerness, and understanding?
5. Focus on their non-verbal responses. Are they learning and are they showing
their interest in the lesson and in the materials? Are they looking towards the
direction of the teacher and the materials? Do their actions show attentiveness,

 Use the technology Integrated Form to analyze the class you observed.
Refer to the Technology Integration Matrix on p. 123, In which level of
technology integration do you think the teacher you observed operated?
Why?

 Based on the Technology Integration Matrix, what are the characteristics of

the learning environment in the class that you observed? Point your
observations that justify your answer.

The teaching atmosphere in classroom would be characterized as 'main

objective.' Instead of merely finishing evaluations with thoughts, the learners
used technological resources to set goals, organize activities, track progress, and
evaluate outcomes. As I have witnessed, following individual task, the teacher
offered useful input, to which the students responded with their explanation and
perspective on how they came at their responses. The instructor is open to
students' own ideas, even if they are not based on class discussion. The
instructor inspires his students to think out of the box and to explore their creative
and imaginative sides.

 Over-all, were the learning resources used effectively? Why? Why not?
Give your suggestions.

It’s a big yes, because as I observe on the classroom the student were
able to follow and apply the given instruction that shows that they were able to
gain and perform inside the class accurately showing that they have no pressure
on learning and have fun on doing their given task.
REFLECT
1. Put yourself in the place of the teacher. What would you do similarly and
what would you do differently if you would teach the same lesson to the
same group of students? Why?
On the similarity, I would prefer to use his technique on
disseminating the information to his student because I can how clear and
understood able it is for the student to apply the given instruction. He talk
in a nice and clear way making bringing a nice friendly atmosphere to
make his room very engaging and active student.
And for my own way of teaching I would proceed to next lesson as
long as majority of my student gather the needed information and has no
question before proceeding to the next lesson. In order to do this, I would
make a recitation about their understanding and help them ease their
problems to avoid repetition of mistakes

REFLECT

1. Describe your experience in surfing the internet for appropriate electronic

resources for the class? What made it easy? Difficult?
The use of internet is very useful especially to this generation.
Just a click it will provides you hundred details and information to what
you are searching for. It has become a platform for learning to students.
But the use of internet has pros and cons.
Pros:
1. Faster and easiest way to learn anything.
2. Allows you to revisit the course contents as frequently as you like and at your
most concentrated moment.
3. Fill communication chasms.
4. Take advantage of virtual field excursions.
5. Assignment flexibility and convenience
Cons:
1. Self-discipline is required for online learning.
2. Instructors Need Additional Training for Online Learning
3. extended durations of time spent on smart phones and other electronic devices
4. short term memory

2. How did you choose which electronic resources to include here? What did
you consider? Explain. Which of the new trends in Education 4.0 would you
like to explore more for your work as a teacher? Why?
There are several factors to consider while determining which electronic
resources to include in the lesson. The first consideration is its connection to the
educational goals of our lesson; it is critical that the activities or material you will
utilize from the internet be linked with the subject matter's purpose; the
accessibility and accessibility of electronic information resources should also be
considered.

Our student growth should also be considered while selecting an

electronic resource. This implies that we must additionally consider the
children's age and intellectual aptitude. Finally, we should examine the
likelihood that the electronic resource will be valuable to the students.

3. Reflect on your technology skills. What skills do you already have, and
what skills would you continue to work on to be better at utilizing
education 4.0 resources?
I only have the basic skills when it comes to computer such as installing
antivirus, installing games and the use of educational apps like PowerPoint and
Microsoft. By watching on you tube, I was able to learn variety tools that help me
on creating lesson and learning that I would contribute and share to other people.
By means of technology, there are lots of fields or category that we
should focus on learning. But for me I want to learn more on how to install soft
ware and other apps that will contribute on my learning and expanding my
knowledge. When you go to technician, they would charge you a big amount of
money just to install not pirated software that will last long and shows no
expiration. That’s why learning on how to code and find suitable sites to install
software for free is a big safe of time.
