Subject: Notice no. MNRE/WO/08/Extension for inviting quotations for Supply and
Installation of Electrical goods (Air Conditioners, Fans, Lights, Fridge, Microwave,
Ventilators, Inverter, etc.)

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. SunBorne Energy is developing a pilot solar tower power plant co-funded by Ministry
of New and Renewable Energy. Contractors are invited by the SunBorne Energy
Technologies Pvt. Ltd for the following work at Solar Energy Centre, 19 Milestone,
Institutional Area, Gurgaon-Faridabad Road, Gwalpahari, Gurgaon, Haryana.
Contractors having experience in similar type of work in government/semi-
govt/public sector undertaking and having labour license and valid registration with
P.F. and E.S.I.C authorities with challans of last 12 months may contact.

2. Description of the Supply and Installation of Electrical goods (Air Conditioners, Fans,
Lights, Fridge, Microwave, Ventilators, Inverter, etc.) The detail of material required
is enclosed here.

3. The Contractors are advised to visit the site before submitting the quotations. Mr Dilip
Yadav can be contacted for arranging a site visit.

4. The formal quotations will be accepted by email at the below mentioned contact
details.

5. Right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof is
reserved by the undersigned.

6. Specifications of items are enclosed herewith.

7. Quantity: The quantity shown in the tender can be increased or decreased to any
extent depending upon the actual requirement.

8. Other Govt. Taxes: As and when applicable, Custom Duty (CD), Octroi charges, other
taxes, levies, etc., are to be indicated separately.

9. If any terms and conditions mentioned in the tender are not acceptable to the supplier,
then it must be must be brought under the schedule of deviations while submitting of
the quotation.

 10. Legal Matters: All Domestic and International disputes are subject to Gurgaon
Jurisdication Only.

11. Period of Completion: 15 days from the release of works order.

12. Period of validity of quotation: 30 days from the date of quotation receipt

13. Last date of receipt of quotation: 1 st July 2011.

14. SunBorne Energy reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations and to
divide the work among different agencies or not to execute any items in the schedule
of work or change the Specifications mentioned in the work order or to call any
agency for negotiation without assigning any reason and without any reference.
