Directions: Answer the questions based on the information given below.
There are certain numbers of persons sitting in the row. There are at most 30 persons. All
of them are facing the north.
Five persons are sitting between P and U, who is sitting 4th from the right end. Q is sitting
4th to the right of P. Three persons are sitting between P and S. Three persons are sitting
between W and T, who is sitting 6th from the left end. Six persons are sitting between T
and R, who is sitting 3rd to the left of S. Two persons are sitting between R and W.

Seven persons P to V go to park everyday in the morning for a walk. Each of them goes to the park among
Central park, Deer park, Nehru park, Roshanara park and Shalimar park. They go for a walk on different time
among 5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 7:00am and 7:30am. Not more than two persons go to the same park or go
at a same time. The following information is known about them. S goes for a walk in Roshanara park at
6:30am. One person goes to Nehru park at 6:30am. P and R go for a walk in the same park. Q goes for a walk
in central park. R goes for a walk at 5:45am. The difference in the timing of T and the one, who goes to deer
park is 30minutes. The timings of T and V are same. Only one person goes to Shalimar Park, who is not V. The
difference in Q and U’s timing is more than 2 hours. V does not go Deer park.

Ten persons A, B, C, D, E, P, Q, R, S and T are sitting in a parallel row such that all are facing
north. Persons from A to E are in 2nd row while rest are in 1st row. The persons in 2nd row
are facing back of persons in 1st row. S sits third to the left of R, who sits opposite to E. A
sits second to the left of D. P sits to the immediate left of T. A does not sit opposite to Q. B
sits opposite to neither P nor S. There is at most one person between C and B.

Ten people were born in different days of the same year. The months in which they
were born were May, June, July, August and September and the dates were 13 and 24
of these months. P was born on 13th July. U was the youngest person. Four people were
born between N and O where N was born before O in a month with 31 days. S was born
immediately after V who was not born in May and they were born on different months.
M was born immediately before R on the same date as N. Q was born before T.

Certain number of boxes are kept in a stack in such a way that box numbered 1 is kept at bottom, box
immediately above it is numbered 2 and so on. Not more than 15 boxes are kept in the stack. Box J is
placed at bottom of stack. Only 3 boxes are placed below F, which is placed adjacent to box H. 5 boxes are
kept between box H and box D, where box D is placed above box H. Only 2 boxes are placed between box
A and box B, which is placed immediately above box D. Boxes X and Y are placed below box G. Box K is
placed above box G. Number of boxes between box A and box H are equivalent to that of kept between
box B and box E, which is placed at top of stack. Box I is placed between box A and box D, which is placed
3 boxes below G. Both boxes M and N are placed below box I but above box H.

sit between H and I, who sits at one of the extreme ends. L sits 5 places to the left of M.
One of the persons sitting in the row is N who does not sit adjacent to M. J sits fourth to S.

necessarily in the same order. The orange colored box is placed below M and Purple
colored box is placed above O. Three boxes are placed between M and the White-colored
box. The same number of boxes is placed above N and below O, which is Grey. P is placed
just below the Brown colored box, which is placed just below Q.

Eight Persons are going to attend seminar on two different dates-13th and 28th of the four different
months starting from March to June. Only three persons attend seminar between V and U, who goes
in the month which has an even number of days. More than four persons attend seminar after P.
Only two persons attend seminar between P and T, who attends on an even number date. V attends
seminar immediate after R, but not in the same month. Q and W attend seminar on the same date
but in different month. More than one person attend seminar between S and W. U and T doesn’t
attend seminar in the same month.

Ten persons are sitting in a row some are facing north while some are facing south. E sits fourth to the
right of D who sits one of the extreme ends of the row. More than two persons are sitting between K
and E. B sits third to the left of C who is an immediate neighbour of K, both are facing same direction. A
sits fourth to the left of the one who sits immediate right of B. H sits third to the right of the one who
sits second to the left of F who is not an immediate neighbour of B. Both H and E facing opposite
direction to each other. I sits fourth to the right of G, both are facing opposite direction. H sits third to
the right of G. Persons who sit at extreme ends faces opposite directions. K does not face north. A and I
facing same direction.

hall. Ten persons sit between C and B. C sits on the left of B. B sits fifth from
one of the extreme ends. Six persons sit between A and B. Five persons sit
between D and B. G is fifth from one of the extreme ends. E sits seventh to the
right of D. F sits at one of the extreme ends. Only three people sit between G
and C. H sits fourth to the left of G.

Eight persons M, N, O, P, Q, R, S and T are staying in an eight-storey building. The lowermost floor is numbered 1
and the topmost floor is numbered 8. Note: Their ages are in increasing order from the bottom to the top floor.
The one who lives on the even numbered floor, his/her age is an even number and the one who lives on the odd-
numbered floor, his/her age is an odd number. No two persons have the same age. Q is 19 years old and stays
on the third floor. Two persons are staying between Q and the one who is 30 years old. R is the youngest person
in the group and the one who is the eldest person is 46 years old. M is elder to Q and one person is between M
and N. S is 35 years old. The difference in the ages of M and P is 10 years. Two persons are between T and P. The
number of people living above S is the same as the number of people living below P. One person is 16 years old.
T is not 29 years old. The one who is the youngest is 11 years old.
आठ व्यक्तत M, N, O, P, Q, R, S तथा T एक आठ मंक्जला ईमारत में रहते हैं। सबसे तनचली मंक्जल संख्या 1तथा सबसे ऊपरी
मंक्जल संख्या 8 है । नोर्: उनकी आयु नीचे से ऊपर की ओर बढते हुए क्रम में है । जो व्यक्तत सम संख्या वाली मंक्जल पर

है ।कोई भी दो व्यक्तत एक ही आयु के नहीं है । Q 19 साल का है और तीसरी मंक्जल पर रहता है । Q और क्जस व्यक्तत की आयु
30 वर्ट है के बीच दो व्यक्तत रहते हैं। R समह ू में सबसे छोर्ा व्यक्तत है तथा सबसे बडे व्यक्तत की आयु 46 वर्ट है । M, Q से
बडा है तथा M और N के बीच एक व्यक्तत रहता है । S, 35 वर्ट का है । M तथा P के बीच आयु का अंतर 10 वर्ट है । T तथा P के
बीच दो व्यक्तत रहते हैं। S से ऊपर रहने वाले व्यक्ततयों की संख्या P से नीचे रहने वाले व्यक्ततयों की संख्या के समान है । एक
व्यक्तत 16 वर्ट का है । T 29 वर्ट का नहीं है । सबसे छोर्े व्यक्तत की आयु 11 वर्ट है ।

Eight students P, Q, R, S, T, U, V and W, appear in an examination in two different shifts either at 10
AM or 3 PM. They give exam on different months of the same year starting from March to June.
Only two persons give exam in between W and T, whose exam is in the month which have even
number of days. P gives exam in the month having 31 days. S gives exam in evening shift but before
W. Three persons give exam between U and R. W gives exam before T. V gives an exam in evening
shift of the month which have odd number of days but after W. U gives the exam in the month
having 30 days but not in June. Only two persons give exam between P and Q.

Q के मध्य दो व्यक्तत परीिा दे ते हैं.

There are eleven person P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, X, Y, Z and A sitting in a straight line facing south
direction but not necessarily in the same order. V sits three places away from T. Four
persons are sitting between Y and Z, who is not sitting near to V. R and S are not immediate
neighbours. Both U and S sit four places away from X. U sits to the right of X. A sits five
places away from U. T sits to the right of U. Q sits at the left end of the row. X sits five places
away from Q.

Eight persons – Amala, Bhanu, Chinnu, Dolly, Edward, Francis, Ganesh and Hamsa have exams on
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday with two exams in each day in the same week. The exam is
scheduled either at 8 PM or 2 PM. Bhanu’s exam is on Wednesday. There is one exam scheduled
between Amala and Bhanu’s exam. Dolly and Chinnu have exams on the same day. Ganesh has an exam
at 8 PM of one of the days. Amala’s exam is either on Monday or Wednesday. Exam of Hamsa is
immediately after the exam of Chinnu. The number of exams between Amala and Edward is same as the
number of exams between Dolly and Ganesh. Exam of Francis is somewhere before Ganesh’s exam.
आठ व्यक्तत अमाला, भानू, धचन्नू, िॉली, एिविट, फ्ांलसस, गणेश और हमसा ने एक ही सप्ताह में सोमवार, बुिवार,

समय अपराह्न 8 बजे या अपराह्न 2 बजे है । भानू की परीिा बुिवार को आयोक्जत हुई। अमाला और भानू की परीिा
के बीच एक परीिा आयोक्जत होती है । िॉली और धचन्नू की परीिाएूँ एक ही ददन आयोक्जत होती हैं। गणेश की परीिा

likes yellow studies in Class VI. S likes pink and studies in Class I. R does not study in Class

I, J, K, L, M, N and O attend the exam on one of the days in a week. The week starts from Sunday to Saturday.
Each one of them belongs to different cities i.e. Mumbai, Itanagar, Shimla, Delhi, Goa, Chennai, and Patna are
not necessarily in the same order. At most two persons attend the exams on before M, who belongs to
Chennai. The Number of persons attend the exam before the one who belongs to Patna as same as after L. O
neither attends on Wednesday and Saturday nor belongs to Delhi. Only two persons attend the exam between
M and the one who belongs to Delhi. N, who belongs to Itanagar, attends immediately before J. K belongs to
Mumbai but not on Wednesday. L attends one of the days after Wednesday. J neither attends Friday nor
belongs to Goa. I attends immediately before the one who belongs to Delhi.

an immediate neighbour of Z. There are three seats between T and W. There are seven seats between X and Z.

between P and the vacant seat. The one who faces H sits second to the right of F. G does not face O. The one

in same order. Sunday is not an off day. A is going for office immediately before E. There are two
persons going between F who uses Boat and C who uses Bus. The off day is after E and there
are two days between the off day and A. D who uses Train is not going on Saturday or Sunday.
The one who is going to office immediately before the off day is use Boat. A and B does not use
Airplane. Only two persons are going between the one who uses Airplane and the one who uses
Bike.

who belongs to Australia is same as number of persons who born between Teena and Gokul. Teena was born one of the days before Gokul.

it is numbered as 2 and so on. Banana is placed immediately below apple. Three boxes kept between box Q and R. Strawberry is kept in the
box W. There are two boxes placed between Papaya and Mango. Mango kept above Papaya. Box T contains Grapes. Banana is kept above
Orange. S does not contain Mango. The box which contains apple is placed in even numbered position above box three. Two boxes are kept
between the boxes of Papaya and Strawberry. One box is kept between Banana and box U that contains Orange. Box Q is kept at the top.
The box which contains Grapes is immediately below Orange box. There is one box between box V and S.

H, I, J, K and L sits in row 1 faces towards north direction and V, W, X, Y and Z sits in

person sitting in row 2. I sit third to the right of K and one of them sit at an extreme end.
V is an immediate neighbor of the one who faces I. Only one person sit between V and
X. W is not an immediate neighbor of V. The one who faces X is an immediate neighbor
of H. J faces W. Only one person sit between the one who faces H and Y. Z is to the
right of W. L sits to the immediate left of I.

three boxes are kept between box B and box which contain Apple. None of the box is kept next to each other according to the alphabetical
series. Box B or D is not containing Mango.

neighbours of A. B sits immediate left of G. The position of G from E’s position is equal
to D’s position from C.

Eight friends namely – L, M, N, O, P, Q, R and S are seated around a rectangular table with three
seats on each of the longer side and one each of the shorter sides. All of them are facing center.
R and S are sitting opposite to each other but neither at any extreme ends of the longer sides
nor in the single seat of shorter sides. P is seated on one of the smaller sides of the table. Q is
sitting to the immediate left of M but not on the same side of the table. L is in the same row as R
and O. N is sitting opposite to L and to the immediate right of P.

is kept between box A and box E in consecutive manner. Box C is kept at one of the odd

neighbors of R. Only three persons sitting between U and P. T sits immediate left of P. But T is

inside and some of them facing outside. Not necessarily in the same order. M and T are facing

same order. More than two floors are there between Ravi and Nivi. Deepak lives in the even
numbered floor above 2nd floor. Three persons lives between Shivani and Vijay who lives below
Shivani. Sumit lives in the floor immediately below Vijay. Joe lives in odd numbered floor and
lives in adjacent floor of Deepak. Number of persons lives between shivani and Nivi is as same as

Seven boxes are placed in randomly from top to bottom. Each box contains certain number of
chocolates. The boxes are A, B, C, E, G, I and L. The number of chocolates are 12, 18, 21, 25, 30,
36 and 48 but not same in the order. Box E is placed two boxes above of Box A and two boxes
below of Box I, which contains certain number of chocolates which is a square number. Box B is
placed two boxes above of Box L, which contains chocolates equal to the sum of chocolates in
Box B and Box G. Box G is placed 2nd from the top. The chocolates in box G is 11 more than the
chocolates in Box I, which is placed immediately above Box B. The sum of chocolates in Box B
and C are equal to the chocolates in Box E.

Eight persons Arun, Bala, Geetha, Kala, Kamal, Mohan, Sanjay, Vinoth are seated in three parallel
rows not necessarily in the same order. The rows are arranged such that there are two seats in
row 1, four in row 2 and two in row 3. The persons in row 1 and row 3 sit exactly in front and
exactly behind the persons seated between the extreme ends of row 2 respectively. The persons
in row 2 and row 3 face towards the north while the persons in row 1 face towards the south. The
one who sits in front of Kala sits at the immediate right of Bala, who sits at an extreme end of the
row. Only one person sits between Kamal and Bala. The immediate neighbor of Geetha faces
Kamal. Only one person sits between Sanjay and Mohan. Vinoth sits behind the immediate
neighbor of Mohan. Arun faces the one who sits at the immediate left of Mohan. Arun does not
face bala.

Atul joins classes from Monday to Sunday of the same week
for different places viz. Delhi, Kanpur, Chennai, Kolkata,
Bangalore, Mumbai and Patna. Atul visits Kolkata on
Wednesday. There is one day gap between the place Kolkata
and Bangalore. And there is a three-day gap between the
place Bangalore and Mumbai. Mumbai was visited
immediately before Chennai but not on Monday. Kanpur was
visited immediately after Bangalore. There is one day gap
between Kanpur and Patna.

There are seven persons namely P, Q, R, S, T, U and V are living on
eight different floors from one to eight and onefloor is vacant. The
ground floor is number 1 and the top floor is number 8 but not
necessarily in the same order. U lives on an odd number floor but does
not live on the 3rd floor. V lives immediately below U. More than two
persons live between V and vacant seat. There are six persons live
between P and vacant seat. S lives immediately above T but lives below
Q. R does not live above U. T does not live immediately above the vacant
seat.

Six persons A, B, C, D, E and F attend the exam in a week starts from Friday and ends on Thursday. No exam was
conducted on Sunday. Each person attends different exam English, History, Science, Tamil, Geography and
Mathematics. Two exams were conducted between F and the one who attends Tamil exam. C attends the exam on
Saturday. The one who attends the Tamil exam attends the exam after F. Science exam was conducted immediately
after History exam. A attends the exam immediately before the one who attends the Geography exam. Mathematics
exam was conducted before History exam. F does not attend the History exam. B attends the exam immediately
after the one who attends the English exam. D attends the exam after E.

Seven persons Kavi, Devi, Meena, Saira, Seema, Reka and Ravi are
sitting in a row facing west. Saira sits next to Seema, who sits second
from one of the end. More than two persons sit between Saira and Kavi.
Three persons sit between Reka and Devi. Only one person sits between
Ravi and Meena. As many persons sits to the right of Kavi sits to the left
of Devi, who does not sit at any of the extreme end. As many persons
sits to the right of Seema sits to the left of Ravi. Kavi does not sit
immediate left of Meena.

has less than 31 days but is not the youngest. Two persons were born between L and the one who has Nokia. P was
born immediately after K. As many persons were born before K was born after the one who has One plus. P was
born in a month which has maximum number of days. Only one person was born between G and the one who has
Samsung. The one who has Oppo was born immediately before the one who has Samsung. B was born before G,
who has Redmi.

immediate right of M. Less than two persons sit between R and V. As

Eight persons attend the seminar in three different months March, May and November in
three different dates 5, 11 and 27th of a month. Q attends the seminar on November with

attends the seminar immediately after P, who does not attend seminar in March. N attends
the seminar before V, who does not attend the seminar on 11th.As many persons attend
the seminar after Q attends the seminar before X. Three persons attend the seminar
between X and L. More than three persons attend the seminar between N and V.

Twelve exams were conducted in a week. Exam starts on Saturday and ends on Friday. Two exams were conducted
in each day. No exam was conducted on Sunday. There was two days gap between Physics exam and civics exam.
Civics exam was conducted after Physics exam, which was not conducted on first day. Botany exam was conducted
immediately after Civics exam. Geography exam was conducted on Tuesday. EVS exam was conducted immediately
before History exam. History and Botany exam does not conducted on same day. Chemistry exam and EVS exam
was conducted on same day. There is only one day gap between English and Tamil exam. Tamil exam was not
conducted on Saturday. Hindi exam was conducted after Maths exam but before Zoology exam.

परीक्षा से तत्काल पहले आयोस्जत की गई िी। इस्तहास और वनथपस्त शास्त्र परीक्षा एक ही स्दन आयोस्जत नहीं की जाती है। रसायन स्वज्ञान
की परीक्षा और ईवीएस परीक्षा एक ही स्दन आयोस्जत की गई िी। अंग्रेजी और तस्मल परीक्षा के बीच के वल एक स्दन का अंतर है। शस्नवार
को तस्मल परीक्षा आयोस्जत नहीं की गई िी। स्हंदी की परीक्षा गस्णत की परीक्षा के बाद आयोस्जत
की गई िी लेस्कन प्रास्ण स्वज्ञान परीक्षा से पहले।

Six persons K, T, G, S, B and W are sitting around a triangular table. Three persons sit at corner and three persons
sit at middle side of the table. Those person sit at corner faces away from the centre and those person sit at middle
side of the table faces centre. Each person likes different colour Red, Green, Blue, Orange, Yellow and White but not
necessarily in the same order. T faces away from centre. Two persons sit between T and the onewholikes yellow. Only
one person sits between S and the one who likes yellow. Blikes white and sits third to the left of G.W does not like
green. The one who likes green sits immediate left of the one who likes white. T does not like Green.The one who likes
Blue sits immediate left of the one who likes Red. S does not like Blue.

बैठता है जो पीला पसंद करता है। B को सफ़ेद पसंद है और वह G के बायें तीसरे थिान पर बैठता है। हरा रंग को पसंद करने वाला सफेद रंग को
पसंद करने वाले के तत्काल बायें बैठता है। T को हरा रंग पसंद नहीं है। जो नीला को पसंद करता है वह लाल को
पसदं करने वाले के तत्काल बायें बैठता है। S को नीला रंग पसदं नहीं है।
