1. Naturally Ventilated Shade Net House Structure:

(a) Aerodynamic Galvanize Steel Structure of Apollo/ Tata Pipes with side and top vents. Side
vents provided with manually operated curtains. Canopy (hockey) on 4 sides. Span:- 8 Mtr,

IV. Scope, Terms & Notes:

1. Buyer's Scope of Work:
(a) Water source to meet the operational requirement of the Project.
(b) Site should be clear, clean and leveled.
(c) Site should be accessible for heavy vehicles for material delivery, or else, labour for local
shifting of materials will be provided by customer.
(d) Uninterrupted 2 phase power (+earthing) to be supplied near the site before work
commencement & Constant and Stabilized 2 phase power supply (between 220 to 230 V AC)
up to the platform/controller.
(e) Providing appropriate boarding facility for our workforce.
(f) Common Drainage near the site area (to dispose of drained water)
(g) Sand, Bricks, Cement on farmer.

2. Terms:
(a) Order Acceptance:
i. Orders are acceptable only in writing duly signed & stamped only by Customer.
ii. Your order is subject to our final confirmation.

(b) Payments:
i. For Material:
A. 70% along with confirmation.
B. 25% at the time of poly sheet Fixing.
C. 5% after completion.
ii. After start of the project(our confirmation), if at any stage the payment/s is delayed by
the buyer, an interest @ 1% per week will be payable by the buyer on the project.
iii. Payments in favor of “Surya Agritech”, Bank:-Allahabad Bank Branch:- Basavangudi
IFSC No:Alla021201, Account No50304155562,
iv. Payment to be sent by Reg. A/D or known courier by the buyer.

 Delivery and Completion:
v. One month on confirmation, along with payment, i.e. from the date of payment/advance.
vi. Quotation is valid up-to 30 days.
vii. Work shall commence only on approval of Performa Invoice from the Buyer.
viii. Material Supply and/or Installation shall commence on receipt of payments as
above terms.
ix. On Completion of the work, we request the buyer to check the work and if not found as
per this specification, should inform us in writing in details within 7 days. Than after it
will be presumed that the same is in order.
(c) Others:
i. winds & rains, Cyclone, Power-Cut, Un-availability of Interruption in Power supply, any
restrictions by the central/state government, etc. OR any Acts of God.
ii. This Quotation is subject to Bangalore (Karnataka) Jurisdiction.
